Reservation

You bindly secure your new home by signing a reservation contract; the initial installment of 200,000 CZKincl. VAT is part of the total price.

02/

Financing, Reservation and Future Purchase Agreement

Reservation contract with payment of 200.000,- Kč is followed by the signing of the Future Purchase Agreement, after which you pay 15% of the property purchase price. Rest is to be paid after official approval of usage of house (collaudation).

03/

Final Payment
after approval

The remaining part of the purchase price is paid only after proper final approval of building to use. Just start planning your move.
